1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from REGARDER MILLIARD.
If something isn’t right, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

If an item does not meet these requirements, it may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the shipping address and label.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at regardermilliard@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return your original item and make a new purchase for the product you want once your return is accepted.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without providing justification.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at regardermilliard@gmail.com.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (if marked as final sale)

  • Accessories or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
